Victoria Garcia

Victoria holds an MSc in Molecular Design and Synthesis from the University of Amsterdam. She gained experience in various research roles, ranging from big pharma companies to bio-material start-ups, before setting up BindEthics, a green tech company that developed a bio-adhesive for engineered wood panels. Additionally, she founded Quick Labs, an equipped lab and scientific incubator that enables innovation and entrepreneurship in the scientific community. Victoria’s journey combines a commitment to scientific research with its practical application for positive societal impact.
