As a seasoned infrastructure professional Simon’s 35 years of experience covers renewable energy as well as traditional infrastructure developed under PPP, PFI, P3 contract structures. With 16 years focused on project management and investment for an equity investor (investment screening and contracting, construction delivery, joint venture partnering and SPV management in operations and asset disposal) Simon brings the investor experience to the M&A due diligence transactions space.
