Ross has twenty years of experience in low carbon energy regulation and policy at both a national and regional level. Ross leads the new North East Combined Authority’s Low Carbon Growth & Net Zero team, working with public and private organisations to accelerate the North East journey to Net Zero and stimulate growth in low carbon sectors.
Ross’s team develops the policy, partnerships and programmes needed to support innovation, develop skills, nurture regional supply chains and enable Net Zero finance to flow.
