Richard Clewer

Richard has been a councillor for over 18 years. He was leader of Wiltshire Council from 2021 to 2025 and deputy leader before that. He is co-president of UK100 and chairs their countryside climate network as well as being a member of the LGA Local Infrastructure and Net Zero Board.
