Phil Gregory

Phil is a Partner in Square One Law’s Commercial Property team based in Leeds. He specialises in development work with a focus on transactions in the retail, industrial, mixed use and roadside sectors.

Phil acts for a variety of clients, including regional and national developers, end user occupiers and high net worth individuals and families. He has supported developers across the energy sector including acting on various projects involving the provision of EV charging facilities. This includes small scale provision as part of larger developments up to larger scale EV hubs providing charging facilities. He also assists with power requirements, needs for grid offers, necessary third-party consents as well as the provision of easements and wayleaves. He has also supported with the requirements for a connected and joined up energy provision on wide scale property developments, enabling power to be appropriately managed and restricted across individual occupiers.
