Paul Dudley

I’m Paul Dudley, Head of Sustainability and Engineering at AW Hainsworth, a heritage textile manufacturer where I’m responsible for driving our environmental strategy, energy efficiency and decarbonisation efforts. With over 25 years of experience across engineering, health & safety, and sustainability. I’m passionate about making real, measurable change that aligns with both business performance and environmental responsibility. Since joining AWH in 2024.

I’ve led the implementation of real-time energy monitoring, the team secured full verification of our Scope 1 and 2 emissions with Planet Mark, and developed a carbon reduction roadmap targeting a 5% cut by the end of 2025.

My focus is on embedding sustainability into everyday operations and proving that even traditional industries can lead with innovative and accountability on the journey to net zero.
