Nicola Hopley is Deputy Director for Circular Economy Growth Plan Delivery in Defra. In this role, Nicola is leading work to develop the Circular Economy Growth Plan and associated development and delivery of policy, including action across UK supply chains to address food waste and regulatory approaches to address waste electricals and electronic waste and batteries.
Nicola has over twenty years of experience working in a range of policy areas across Defra, including policy on resources and waste, climate change and regulatory approaches to address the impact of UK supply chains on deforestation.
