Natalie Sarabia-Johnston

Natalie Sarabia-Johnston is a Chartered Architect, educator, and social value champion. As co-founder of Constructive Futures CIC, she leads a nationally recognised programme supporting young people, particularly those from minority and underserved communities, into careers in construction and the built environment. With a career spanning practice, education, and community development, Natalie has helped to deliver over £4.25m of quantified social value, 1500+ students engaged, and pioneering partnerships across local authorities, universities, and industry. Natalie is also a co-founder Southgate & Sarabia Architects, she lectures part-time at Leeds Beckett University, and holds several roles championing inclusion in education, sport, and the arts.
