Lydia Osei is a Sustainability Professional with over five years of cross-sector experience in manufacturing, consulting, mining, and non-governmental organizations across Sub-Saharan Africa. She specializes in Circular Economy Solutions, Environmental and Social Management Systems, ESG reporting, ISO management Systems and stakeholder engagement essentially building practical frameworks that promote responsible and sustainable growth across organizations.

She is a PECB Certified ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor and GRI Reporting Professional on her journey towards certification. Lydia possesses strong expertise in environmental and social risk management, ESG strategy implementation, Sustainability systems development as well as influencing policy on plastic waste management in West Africa.

Her work focuses on supporting organizations to transition from traditional production models to more sustainable, circular and systems-based ways of working, with a strong emphasis on people, skills development, and real-world application. Having worked closely with factory-floor teams, management, and leadership, Lydia brings a practical, cross-context perspective to conversations on green skills, apprenticeships, and workforce transition.

She is currently based in France, building international experience in sustainability and circular economy practice.
