With a background in local government and electricity networks in the North East and Yorkshire, I now head up the Regional Energy Strategic Planning team for the region. As part of NESO’s Strategic Energy Planning function, I’m leading a team that are spearheading the creation of a bottom-up, data-driven and democratically-validated long-term plan for energy generation, storage and use in the North East and Yorkshire.
