Chief Policy & Strategy Officer, National Wealth Fund
Kate is Chief Strategy and Policy Officer at the National Wealth Fund, job-sharing with Helen Williams. In 2021 Kate and Helen were part of the founding senior team that established the UK Infrastructure Bank, the predecessor of the National Wealth Fund. They oversee strategy, comms, shareholder relations, and manage the Fund’s interface with government policy to ensure investment supports the Government’s growth and net zero missions. Prior to this Kate worked in a range of senior roles in government.
