Jordan Turner
Senior Lecturer, University of the Built Environment
Jordan worked in the property industry for 7 years across various roles in residential and commercial property covering lettings, sales, valuation, property and portfolio management and being a branch manager. Obtaining his MSc in Real Estate before training and qualifying as a RICS commercial surveyor, Jordan embarked on his PhD journey in 2023 looking at how residential housing can play its part in achieving Net Zero goals by going beyond energy efficiency and reforming the current systems which measure efficiency in homes.
Jordan is now a full time senior lecturer at University Of The Built Environment, teaching and module leading across a range of subjects in the built environment at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.
Jordan has presented and published at several conferences and events in the past 2 years as well as having publications in his area of research.
