Jonny Page

Jonny leads the Green Finance Institute’s development of clean energy infrastructure initiatives. He is ideating and testing financial products and policies for the heat network sector, including their flagship Liquidity Pool solution. This provides security to debt investors, reducing the cost of capital for projects, with the aim of reducing the cost of heat for customers.

As an entrepreneur for ten years, Jonny’s experience includes co-founding the UK’s first green merchant bank, deploying £20m into early stage climate startups, helping Octopus EV develop senior connections in corporates and governments, and supporting early stage startups on finance and governance. He holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds
