With a deep belief in aligning purpose and performance, John founded Flotilla to give leaders the tools and insights they need to put climate at the heart of decision-making. Flotilla’s proprietary award-winning platform and methodology are endorsed by the United Nations and used by businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to private equity-backed companies.

John brings a unique perspective and has held roles as a Chair, NED, and advisor across startups and large enterprises, and has served as an advisor to the University of Leeds and the Nexus Innovation Centre. A qualified corporate lawyer by background, John also draws on two decades of leadership experience to help shape the future of responsible business.
