Hugh Goulbourne is a clean energy leader and lawyer based in North Tyneside and with over 20 years’ experience making change happen in communities and boardrooms. As a director of CO2Sense CIC he’s working with a number of social investors and a clean energy fund manager to help deliver climate finance and clean energy projects across the UK and beyond.
Hugh has shaped national debates with reports like Waste Not Want Not, Levelling the Playing Field, and Collective Power, and has advised government, industry, and charities. His focus: creating real opportunities so the next generation — including his own kids — can grow up in a fairer, safer world.
