I am an Assistant Professor of Project Management at WMG, University of Warwick, specialising in sustainability-driven project and programme management through the strategic use of emerging technologies.
My work focuses on how Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Twins, Building Information Modelling (BIM), blockchain, IoT, and immersive technologies can be integrated to improve decision-making, optimise performance, and deliver resilient, low-carbon infrastructure across the built environment.
By bridging sustainability principles with digital innovation and strategic leadership, my research and practice support organisations in moving beyond compliance towards measurable environmental, social, and economic impact, ensuring projects are not only delivered efficiently, but responsibly and future-ready.
