Enes Guzel is the UK Country Advisor for the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. He is a recognized voice in international investment, sustainable finance, and industrial transition, playing a key role in strengthening UK–Turkiye investment relations.
Enes has extensive experience bridging government, civil society, and think tanks. He is the founder of the Circle Foundation and My Life My Say, and has collaborated with major UK institutions to promote bilateral investment, attract international capital, and support long-term industrial and clean energy growth agendas.
