Debbie Trebilco
Chair Designate, North East and Yorkshire Net Zero Hub
Debbie was recently adopted as Chair of the North East and Yorkshire Net Zero Hub.
She has over 30 years private sector experience in the USA and UK in the electronics, chemical and energy industries. Since returning to the UK she has worked on sustainability and has served as an independent member of the Hub’s governing Board since 2023.
Debbie is an Associate of the Yorkshire and Humber Clime Commission, a former Director of Community Energy England and a governor of Redcar & Cleveland College.
She was also one of the founders of Whitby Esk Energy a community-owned hydroelectric turbine near Whitby, North Yorkshire.
