Daniel Bloch
Director, Strategic Partnerships, LanzaJet
Daniel is Director of Strategic Partnerships at LanzaJet, a leading Sustainable Aviation Fuel company using Alcohol-to-Jet technology to convert renewable, circular, and waste carbon sources into drop-in aviation fuel, helping to displace fossil fuel use. This positions LanzaJet as the first company to commercially demonstrate a non-oil-based aviation fuel compatible with current aircraft fleets.
Daniel’s work focuses on translating the value proposition of SAF into the commercial realities of LanzaJet’s partners around the world, leveraging the flexibility of the technology to support SAF development across diverse feedstocks, geographies and political environments.
He also explores where SAF intersects with natural capital, ecosystem services, and impact measurement, applying principles of regeneration and circularity to show how SAF can decarbonise aviation while supporting industrial transition and ecological restoration.
