Policy and Economy Adviser (Environment, Coast and Rural), North East Combined Authority
Dan is a Policy Adviser for the Environment, Coast and Rural programme at the North East Combined Authority. Dan’s background is in ecology, and now works across a wide range of topics including nature recovery, decarbonisation, and climate adaptation.
Dan is also part of the North East Carbon and Nature Marketplace team and has been developing the platform since the start of 2025, and now assists projects and buyers using the platform since it’s launch in June.
