Ciara Shannon, Green Finance Lead, North West Net Zero Hub. Ciara has more than 20 years of experience working on sustainability and net zero, ranging from working with the government, businesses and NGOs on climate change, green investment projects and climate advocacy internationally. In addition to her work with the Hub, she is the founding director of the Green Finance Community Hub CIC and is incubating Project Collette, a pioneering community-led offshore wind farm.
