Co-Founder, HUDUS

I help non-profits and community organisations map out the complex maze of problems and possibilities, then walk with them through the messy bits to get useful stuff done. I have a background in data, systems, and adult education, and I use that mix to help people think clearly, spot what’s really getting in the way, and take action that makes a difference.

Right now I’m working on setting up a community-run CIC to partner with the local council and keep two local dementia care homes in public hands. It’s a good example of what I believe in; when the system isn’t working, communities can and should step in.

I care about practical problem-solving, critical thinking, and learning that actually helps people deal with real-world challenges. Too often, education and work are set up to box people in, instead of building the skills we need to fix things together. If we want a circular economy that works for everyone, we need more than clever tech; we need joined-up thinking, shared responsibility, and space for ordinary people to lead change.
