Andy Duncan is a Sustainability Manager at Openreach, leading circularity and data across the UK’s full fibre rollout, one of UK’s the largest infrastructure programmes.

He embeds circular economy requirements into contracts and supplier specifications, improves material recovery and waste outcomes on site, and drives practical build choices that move delivery up the waste hierarchy.

Alongside this, he leads sustainability data capability, building dashboards and KPI frameworks that translate operational activity into decision grade insights, and developing modelling to support emissions reduction pathways, governance and delivery decisions at national infrastructure scale.
