Amy is a corporate partner and head of the Energy team at commercial law firm and certified B Corp Square One Law LLP.
Amy advises on all aspects of corporate work and has a strong record of M&A transactions, with particular experience in the technology and energy sectors.
She has advised private and public companies on both UK and international M&A, private equity and venture capital investments. She is also experienced in company reorganisations, EOTs, EMIs and drafting shareholder and joint venture agreements.
Amy has worked in-house for a number of global energy companies, and advised and been part of the management boards.
