Alice Grant

I am a Sheffield based Architect specialising in strategic retrofit at a neighbourhood scale. Having worked in higher education as an architecture tutor/lecturer and in private architectural practice, I am now working across the private and charity sector.

I am currently Retrofit Project Architect at SY Ecofit, joining their team recently to assist in their fast developing demonstrator retrofit projects.

I am also currently Technical Retrofit Lead for the, South Yorkshire based, Let Zero Project. In my previous role as Architectural Lead for Nottingham Energy Partnership’s Green Meadows project, I contributed to a number of projects working towards retrofit at a community scale and have engaged community members in retrofit. As project architect at UK Hempcrete’s design practice, Studio Bio, I designed and launched their Retrofit Right service.
