Ade Humphreys has background in metals and over 25 years of senior and executive management experience. He is a Fellow of the Society for Education and Training, credited for transforming organisations across education, public, and commercial sectors. Currently combining his own national consultancy role with delivery manager for Business, People & Skills at the West Midlands Combined Authority, Business Growth West Midlands. Ade has driven multi-million-pound growth, pioneered innovation in skills and technology for business, built high-performing teams and managed global contracts.

Ade’s expertise in business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance has delivered outstanding results and inspired change at local and national levels. Ade is a keen sportsman and has coached football at elite levels – he is an Aston Villa season ticket holder and a proud Holte Ender.
