MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MEMBERSHIP
By subscribing to or renewing a Membership with The Sustainability Community (‘We’/’Us’) company number 14927403, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in connection with which you have subscribed.
The Sustainability Community offer different levels of Membership you can subscribe to which are outlined on our membership page https://www.thesustainabilitycommunity.com/membership/ (the “Membership Package”).
If you have subscribed as an individual member, you are personally the Registered Member (“Registered Member” is the individual or corporation registered for the Membership Package).
If you have subscribed on behalf of an SME or Corporate organisation, that organisation is the Registered Member with individual logins for its company users. The organisation will ensure its company users will be bound by these terms. The number of people who can access the Membership varies depending on each Membership Package.
You can upgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades will commence upon point of sale or at renewal and will remain until the end of your membership.
We reserve the right to change the benefits that apply to the Membership Package at any time without prior notice.
Access to the Membership is limited to a Registered Member with a current subscription. YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SHARE YOUR USER LOGIN DETAILS WITH ANYONE ELSE. Sharing these details is a breach of these terms and can result in Termination.
Each Registered Member is responsible for updating their details to ensure that they can receive the full benefit of the Membership.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
This is a minimum 12 month contract. You will be required to pay a minimum of 12 months before your membership can be cancelled.
Membership fees are payable in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed. Membership cost are outlined in the Membership Package and are subject to change on an annual basis. All prices are non-refundable and exclusive of VAT
Your membership period will be 12 months from the date your membership commenced. Thereafter, your membership will be automatically renewed each year until you cancel your subscription.
Membership fees are due and payable on the date of each renewal. We reserve the right to increase the price on an annual basis. You will be informed of any price increase.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your membership by giving one month notice to prior to the end of your yearly subscription. Any cancellations must be submitted via email to your membership manager or enquiries@thesustainabilitycommunity.com
You agree we may cancel your Membership at any time if you have not met our payment terms, or have breached these terms and conditions.
EVENTS
The number of complementary places available per year at The Sustainability Community Events are determined by the Membership Package purchased.
A member of our partnerships team will reach out to instruct you as to how to claim your tickets.
Places at our events are only issued to Registered Members and are not transferable. Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis and we cannot guarantee places at all our events.

LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute.
