Lee Martin, I have spent the last 13 years at Operations Director roles, previously in Royal Mail, and the last 2 years in First Bus. I come from a Lean Six Sigma background and an active practitioner, I spent the first 18 months in First Bus as the Operations Director before more recently moving across to the Performance and CI Director role.
