Kristan Willis

Kristan Willis is the Global Training and Quality Manager at Fastned, one of the UK’s leading ultra-rapid electric vehicle charging network operators. Starting as Fastned’s first UK field engineer, Kristan has progressed through senior engineering and operations leadership, building a deep, hands-on understanding of the business from the ground up.

In his previous role, he oversaw UK field operations, managed engineering teams, drove service quality, and supported the growth of Fastned’s rapidly expanding UK charging network. Fastned operates 39 stations across the UK as of June 2026, with an ambitious expansion programme underway. He is passionate about reliable, accessible, clean mobility and plays a key role in supporting the UK’s transition to electric transport.
