Katy Heaphy

Katy is an ex-senior civil servant and chair of TSC’s steering committee.

She was previously responsible for leading the UK auto sector’s transition to electric vehicles – including securing £4bn of investment into ZEV manufacturing across the country – and led communications for the UK COP Presidency. Katy subsequently spent a year at Lloyds Banking Group providing environmental and social sustainability advice and developing new purpose-led business propositions. Most recently she was responsible for designing and delivering international talent attraction initiatives for the UK government, to boost innovation, entrepreneurship and business growth across the country.
