Kate Hutchinson

Kate Hutchinson is the Founder of The Sustainability Community and ReGeneration Earth. Kate has been an entrepreneur for 7 years, and is passionate about driving growth into post-industrial towns and cities, and strengthening communities.
Kate grew up in the 90s and 00s in Barnsley, South Yorkshire and went on to study Sociology at Durham University; her background has hugely influenced the work she does today and is the reason why she’s passionate about ensuring that a just transition means green jobs growth across the UK and not just in London. When she’s not planning the best event in the UK sustainability calendar, she’s usually walking her dog Otto, or trying to learn how to speak Spanish.
