As LCRCA’s Network Planning Manager, I lead the development of the City Region’s future transport network from circa 2032 onwards, taking an integrated, multi-modal approach – as well as supporting freight growth. The role spans shaping plans, building the evidence base, and defining delivery approaches for future investments, including the next iterations of the Transport for the City Region programmes.
I also lead the City Region’s input into major strategic schemes such as the Liverpool–Manchester Railway. Across all activity, the focus is on driving economic growth and delivering the Combined Authority’s priorities, including regeneration, unlocking housing, decarbonisation, and an integrated/inclusive public transport system.
