Jenny Kitchen

Jenny works with Constructive Futures CIC, a Leeds-based social enterprise with national reach that helps close skills and diversity gaps in the built environment. They guide young people, especially those from underrepresented communities, into meaningful careers through career guidance, hands-on experience, mentoring, workshops, work placements, and industry connections.

A core part of Jenny’s role is building partnerships between employers and learners to improve recruitment, champion diversity, and develop the next generation of professionals. Their approach is rooted in equity, inclusion, and sustainability, with a strong belief that meaningful engagement, lived experience, and mentor support are key to creating a more inclusive and future-ready sector.
