Giles Jones
Programme Lead, Liverpool City Region Freeport
Giles Jones is Programme Lead for the LCR Freeport, where he leads delivery within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
The LCR Freeport is one of the UK Government’s national network of Freeports, a 25 year programme bringing tax and customs incentives to sites across the Liverpool City Region to attract investment, create high-quality jobs and drive regeneration, bringing an estimated £850m boost to the local economy.
Prior to leading the LCR Freeport, Giles worked at the Department for Business and Trade, advising companies in the North West on international trade.
