Dave Haskins

Dave Haskins, Strategic Head of Major Projects at the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, has extensive experience in the field of transport encompassing scheme feasibility and appraisal, project delivery and project assurance – primarily relating to public transport. He leads on all rail matters across the organisation and is responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of rail schemes including a number of new rail stations, oversight of rail reform and development of Northern Powerhouse Rail in West Yorkshire.
