Adam has 20 years’ experience managing and transforming the performance of teams, equipment and assets, as well as business processes.

A Chartered Engineer, he is Head of Strategic Planning at Yorkshire Water, focussing on the climate, the transition to Net Zero, and the adaptation to a changing climate through the creation and implementation of the Drainage and Wastewater Management Plans.

Adam is a huge advocate of solving problems through innovation and the multiple benefits that come from working and learning together within partnerships.
