With over 16 years of experience in operations, project management, business change and transformation, Danielle has honed her expertise in optimising operations. She is the Founder of Optimo, a business improvement consultancy that aims to promote positive change by supporting organisations that make a genuine difference in the world. She brings together experience and lessons from a vast range of industries including healthcare, financial services, sustainable construction, green tech, higher education and waste management, delivering outcomes that create efficient and effective teams, processes, technologies and information. Vicky is a Director at Optimo, working with purpose-driven businesses to enhance operational processes and tech. With 18 years of diverse experience spanning operations leadership, technology delivery, and business analysis. Vicky navigates industries including the 3rd sector, green tech, and healthcare. She is a business mentor and EDI advocate, thriving on inclusivity and empowering tech newcomers.
